When I went for a consultation (which are free), David listened to my questions and worries and assured me that my case would not be difficult as long as it wasn't a tense battle over every tiny detail, as it wasn't a divorce just child custody and support. The retainer fee, while intimidating to pay... upfront, covered the cost of the two court hearings and orders and any phone calls and emails made between us. I didn't hire David until a week before my court hearing as I only got a week's notice for it and contacted him immediately and, true to his word, he set up a different date so he could catch up to the paperwork, and he took care of everything. The outcome of the permanent order was the most desirable outcome that could've occurred and I have no complaints against his practice and office.
