Exceptional lawyer

Auto accident injury

Because of the driver leaving the scene of the accident and the Covid 19 crisis my accident claim took a little longer than expected, but I am still recommending Jeff, and Charles. They are extremely friendly and will answer any questions.

Hi, First of all, I had no idea what to exspect had never been in this situation before. Jeff and his staff are absolutly awesome. They get results and do not stop until your takem care of to the best possible out come. In my experience. I am unsatisfied. Very pleased. He took the time to speak with me and listened to my concerns and helped me really feel comfortable about the whole process. Did not enjoy the wreck. I had been in or the physical therapy. But, I am thankful for Jeff Benton amd so glad to be counted as one of his clients. He is easy on the eyes as well as having a beautiful spirit about him. If I ever had to do it again. Jeff Restored my Faith in the Legal Profession

Even though lawyers are a totem of American life, I had avoided them out of fear and mistrust. Best. Law. Firm. Ever.

Best. Law. Firm. Ever. My husband and I were rear-ended at high speed in Hill Country, totaling our Miata and earning my husband a helicopter ride to the hospital due to a concussion. I also had to go to the emergency room to have a cut on my head stitched up. The wreck was clearly the other driver's fault, but the police report did not reflect that, and the other driver was not cited. When the insurance companies didn't want to play nice, we hired the Benton Law Firm to clean up the mess. Jeff and his staff got us a nice settlement, which took care of our medical bills, allowed us to replace our beloved Miata, and let us put the wreck behind us. We couldn't be happier with how they handled our case. I hope we're never in that situation again, but if we are, we know who to call.

One in a million lawyers!

I cannot recommend Jeff Benton highly enough. He treated me like family from the start, made sure I had the best of the best healthcare even though I had no health insurance. I was badly injured in an accident that resulted in a three level cervical fusion and Jeff was able to secure a settlement for me that was life changing. I will be forever grateful.

GREAT LAWER!!!

Mr. Benton represented me in a personal injury lawsuit that happened while I was traveling from NJ (my hometown) to Dallas. This was my first (and hopefully only) experience filing a lawsuit and I was unfamiliar with the entire process and didn't know what to expect. Mr. Benton was very professional, but genuinely empathetic, competent and most importantly, honest. He did not set false expectations and he was very patient, taking care to explain every step of the process to me so I was able to make informed decisions. I must say it was positively refreshing being able to trust him completely handling my case – especially since he was 2,000 miles away! Mr. Benton is a great, caring and compassionate attorney as is his staff. They are respectful and honest. They did not see my case as "just another case". Thankful for Jeff!

From the start Jeff did a great job at ensuring my personal well-being was first and foremost. I'm a big, athletic guy, so when my accident kept me from working out or even tying my shoes, Jeff ensured I received the best medical attention possible to get me back on my feet. Once I was 100% again, then we got down to the business of making both of us whole on getting my medical bills paid. After it was all said and done, all of my bills were paid. I even got a settlement to help with the lost work wages! I'd refer any of my friends and family to Jeff.
