Justin Sparks Law Firm is absolutely great. I went in six months ago, after being charged with a FELONY assault by my local PD. Mind you, I’m in my forties, never had so much as a parking ticket, and a father of four (and now a grandpa). Justin heard me out, reassured me all would be well, and wen...t to work. At my district court arraignment, Graham (Justin’s associate), spoke on my behalf and made the process painless. He kept me up to date with the discovery process, and was available when ever I needed questions asked. Ultimately, the case ended exactly as Justin predicted on our first visit, no billed by a grand jury. I will refer ANYONE I know with legal issues to Justin Sparks and his team, and will always keep his card in my wallet. Heaven forbid you’re put through the hell I was by overzealous local yokels, but if you are, give them a call!

I've used Justin on two occasions and have been impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He was able to get both cases dismissed in situations that made that seem unlikely. He is prompt, efficient and, hands-down, the best defense attorney in the state. I only wish that i could give him more... than 5 stars.

March 31, 2018. I was charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. On my way home from work, a guy pulled a weapon on me twice. The first time , I drove off and he followed me and pulled it on me again. I have a CHL permit and a member of Texas Law Shield. I fired my weapon... in self defense, the guy drove away and I pulled over and called the police. The guy went home and hid his weapon and told the police he didn't have a weapon. I was arrested and charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. I was facing 2 to 20 years in prison. Texas Law shield directed me to Justin Sparks Law firm. Honestly, I didn't think a guy like me could receive a fair shake. But, after meeting with Justin Sparks and Graham Norris, I felt that justice would prevail. Justin was great throughout our entire ordeal. He was hired to assist my husband in a very unfortunate criminal case. It was a difficult situation to be put in and to comprehend, however Justin explained it to all of us in terms that we could understand. I felt that he really did care about my husban...ds well being; and how every decision would affect him and my family. He was very polite and helpful, but also very warm. I appreciate all he did for my husband and luckily our situation came out with the best ending possible!
