Hired this attorney for a family law problem. When I showed up for my appointment, they had no idea I had one? After talking to one of the partners and receiving an approximate estimate of the fees, I paid a retainer. I found this lawyer to have poor communication skills. I also had to come up with ...my own strategies and got little or bad advice. The fees turned out to be almost double my initial estimate, with very little court time. This firm does get 5 stars for invoicing and billing. Very thorough on fees. Unfortunately that seems to be their priority, not my case

I want to start by saying The Sisemore Firm is very lucky to have Samantha. My husband and I hired The Sisemore Firm to handle a complex child custody modification regarding my son. After our initial contact with the office we were told an attorney would get back with us soon. Within only a few s...hort hours we were contacted by Samantha. We are no longer Texas residents so the consultation took place over the telephone. I was very hesitant prior to her returning the call. I remember telling my husband it was hard enough to try and chose someone to represent us after meeting them in person. I felt it was nearly impossible to be 100% certain after only a phone call. I WAS WRONG! After speaking with Samantha I felt more confident than ever. She really took the time to listen and understand what we were up against. I felt like she went above and beyond while preparing for the hearing. I felt like she treated our case like it was her only priority. She took the time from her schedule to meet with my mother and I and review the details of the case. And this was not the standard meeting prior to court. This was in addition to all she had already done. She is very intelligent and extremely professional. During this difficult time she displayed compassion to my family and I and consistently made herself available. She definitely showed us she is extremely hard working and will do what it takes to get the job done, And she did this all with ease and grace. Our experience with The Sisemore Firm was definitely a 10 out of 10. But I have special thanks to Samantha for her hard work and dedication to the case. She really set the tone from the beginning. I honestly don't know if we would have had the confidence we needed to execute hiring them if it wasn't for our first conversation with Samantha. If you are reading this and looking for someone to represent you or the people you love, I cannot say enough about her work ethic and how highly we think of her. I would confidently recommend Samantha to anyone looking for an attorney. It's clear she has a BIG future ahead.

I hired my first attorney on a family matter, but Samantha Junker took over and did all the work, if any. I rarely got a phone call back or knew what was going on in my case. She was nice when I spoke with her, but she didn't seem very sensitive to the personal matter at hand. Her temper was on the e...dge majority of the time. My divorce was pretty simple with only a few contested issues. Overall I wouldn't recommend Samantha Junker as your attorney, not to mention the fees were a little excessive for the outcome of my case.
