30%
DUI and DWI 20%

DUI and DWI cases are often times prosecuted to the fullest extent and should not be viewed as simple traffic violations. Being charged with a DWI does not automatically incriminate you of drunk driving, and a highly qualified attorney can work to establish your innocence. Justin Sparks can make the important decisions, such as whether you should be tried by judge or jury and what should be included in the testimony. The priority with DWI convictions is to keep them off your record.

20%
Federal Crime 20%

Crimes deemed illegal by the US Federal Government, such as drug trafficking, fraud, and money laundering, require indicted parties to face US attorneys and extensive court proceedings. Before you enter into a plea or trial case, make sure you have an attorney who can identify all the options you have available. The attorneys at Justin Sparks law have the experience required for this. If you are found guilty, having an experienced attorney on your side can help reduce punishment and exposure

20%
White Collar Crime 20%

Justin Sparks takes the time to research and investigate all the details of charges pressed in your white collar crime case. The process he uses involves extensive pre-trial preparation with investigators and consultants to make sure your rights are being protected. If involved with a white collar crime case, ensure you have a qualified attorney before proceeding with any trial procedures.

20%
Expungement 10%

Having a criminal charge on your record can lead to negative impacts on your reputation and future employment. If you have received a favorable result in your criminal case, you may qualify for expunction or nondisclosure to have your record cleared. Promptly contacting an experienced attorney like Justin Sparks can help your odds of getting a case removed from your records.

Best Criminal Defence Lawyer in Tarrant County

I never thought I would be arrested. I do not drink. I do not do drugs. I work hard for my family. I am a licensed medical professional, a Nurse. I always said to myself “that happens to bad people doing bad things, I have nothing to fear”. Well, that is not always true. I was accused felony assault.... That was all it took an accusation. Someone accusing me of behavior that I did not do. I had never been arrested. I had never been in jail. I had never gone to a criminal court. I had no idea what was going to happen to me. I am a single father with custody of my kids, I feared losing them. I feared losing my license and my way to provide for my family. I feared going to jail and having a felony on my record. They had me so scared I would have probably signed the first plea agreement they threw at me just to make this nightmare stop. Fortunately, a good friend did an online search for the Best Defense Attorney in Tarrant County. Justin Sparks was the name that came up. He was the only one in all this madness that asked to hear my side. He explained everything to me step by step along the way. He told me” We will get through this together” and I felt assured. He explained formerly worked in the District Attorney office in Tarrant County and had firsthand knowledge of how the system worked. I used to think court was about justice and truth. I found out it is about “What can you prove” and minimizing damage. If Justin had not helped my life would have unraveled. He had my charges reduced to a class C Misdemeanor Assault by Contact. I paid a $100.00 fine that was it and in 6 months even this charge will be dismissed completely without conviction. Further, since Justin had the charges reduced to class C misdemeanor I can even have the arrest and everything expunged from my record. If you find yourself in a legal situation and you value your family, your license, your freedom and life as you know it, you need Justin Sparks to help you get through it.
