Charles Daniel Ocampo

We hired Mr. Ocampo to help us fight custody. He took 2k from us and we have yet to hear from him. He cancelled our first court hearing, for no reason. We call, no answer, we went by his office, looks abandoned. It has been 3 months and we have yet to hear anything from him. We are now having ...to hire another attorney, we will be reportinh him to the bar and getting our money back. DO NOT HIRE THIS THIEF!!!

Mr. Ocampo took thousands of dollars from us and did nothing on the case. Called and called and nobody ever answers. Went by the office and it looks closed. He said he was sick when we met but he seemed to be on something. I plan on filing with the State Bar to get my money back. Had to hire a new at...torney.

After meeting with Mr Ocampo and gaining his trust, I paid him a "flat" rate. His office never would return phone calls or emails. He literally robbed me of my money! The one time he showed up to court he was late. I've gone to his office and it seems to be shut down. I've hired another lawyer to fin...ish what CHARLES OCAMPO was HIRED TO DO. I plan on pressing charges. Don't hire this lawyer unless you want to get robbed. It's a shame a person can do this to people that go to him for help.

Very little effort and preparation put into my case. He was late to 3 out of 3 court appearances. Did not return any phone calls. He did not complete any of the promises he made to followup with information. Lastly, he did not finish the job he was paid to do, rather than consult me and arrange for t...his to be done he disappeared completely. I had to hire another attorney to finish the job that I paid him to do.
