Mr. Barnett is a founding partner in the law firm of Barnett Howard, and Williams PLLC. Prior to starting the law firm, he served for six years as an active-duty U.S. Marine judge advocate. Serving tours of duty at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, the Pentagon, and Al Asad Air Base in Iraq, he served as a criminal trial lawyer, handling a broad range of cases involving assault, drug offenses, fraud, larceny, possession of child pornography, sexual assault, rape, and more. He also advised commands on the Law of War and Rules of Engagement during combat.

Very happy

I’m so happy I decided to go with Mr. Barnett. Not once did he try to deceive me on the process of my case. Other lawyers I spoke with made it seem like everything would be done in a month. But Mr. Barnett let me know it would be a process and assured me everything would be fine. I’m very please with the outcome I received. God forbid I’m ever in a situation like this again but if Lady Luck isn’t on my side I would definitely go back to Mr. Barnett. Also he has a killer smile! Haha!

Highly recommend Brandon Barnett!!

We hired Brandon the day before our court date. He was there the next morning and had already handled several issues. I was constantly impressed with his commitment to details and always kept us informed. He was easy to talk to and I would recommend him to anyone. I heard of his firm on KLTY and he and his assistant, Sue, were amazing and a blessing to our family.

Excellent service

Mr. Barnett was a great help on my assault charge. He gave me and my wife all the tools And advise I need for the case. The results were better than I had expected. My assault charge was brought down to a class c misdemeanor.

class act

Brandon is class act. I don't have much experience in hiring defense lawyers so I did my homework (looked at reviews and did different consultations) before hiring one and Brandon made me feel comfortable from the get go. He always returns phone calls and emails very promptly. He is polite and professional and didn't pressure me into hiring him. (Some other lawyers out there turn the pressure on strong and come off as sleazy as well!) The outcome of my situation was very favorable. Weather you are religious or not, Christian or not, Brandon is the kind of person you want representing you. My only reservation is the Private Investigator he uses, Bobby. When it comes to responsiveness Bobby is essentially the polar opposite to Brandon. I understand everyone has different personalities but when I am paying someone to do a job I expect more that what I got from his PI. My advice is, if you need a PI hire one other than Bobby. However, Brandon is top notch.

the proverbial "needle in the haystack"

After consulting with approximately 10 attorney's my wife and I prayed for God to guide us. The next day, my wife heard his advertisement on the radio. We had a second consultation with Brandon. misdemeanor matter

Brandon Barnett was very very attentive in my case, he listen to all my concerns and responded all my inquiries very detailed. Since day one he offer me trust. I highly recommend him. Brandon was very helpful and kept me out of long term jail.

Brandon was a big help to me and I would recommend him to anyone. He fought for what I wanted and helped me out a great deal. He first got me a probation deal but I messed that up on two occasion and got me out of both with minimum consequences. If it weren't for him I would be out of a job and probably not going to school anymore. I don't plan on getting in anymore legal trouble but if I do I know who I am calling.

Great Attorney

I was very please with Mr. Barnett's handling of my case. I was faces some very serious consequences which could of have an everlasting effect on myself and my family's lives. He showed true concern for that and did everything in his power to get the best result. He was very honest and explained ever possible outcome to me. I don't think any other attorney would of put as must time and effort into my case as he did. He sincerely wanted what was best for me and my family. Best Experience

Brandon helped me with a sticky situation. After only three weeks with his representation I had cases dismissed that would have made my future very difficult. Excellent Representation, Excellent Results!

When we needed an attorney to help us to fight against a false accusation, being Christians, we sought Christian counsel.
