If you're here, looking for an attorney, I'm so, so sorry...I know what you're going through, and it's rough. A little over a year ago I was staring into the long, dark tunnel of the criminal justice system. I didn't even have a speeding ticket on my record, and all of a sudden my dreams of medical school, my family, my friends, personal/professional relationships, my freedom, my reputation, my very name is on the verge of being destroyed because of a false accusation. Regardless of my innocence, I am a black man, and we all know that that just worsens my chances in the justice system.

Before I go on, if you're in a hurry, I'll go ahead and spoil the ending...my case was NO BILLED, and I have my life back again!! This is thanks to Benson, and you would be doing yourself a disservice by not hiring him or someone in his law firm!

I contacted Benson the day after I was contacted by a detective. My girlfriend and I took the day off and walked up and down downtown getting a consultation with every attorney that would have me. After seeing 2 or 3 attorneys, I really wasn't feeling any better, that is until I met with Benson. Long story short, even after meeting with attorneys after my consultation with Benson, both my girlfriend and I were both in complete agreement that Benson was the best for us.
Also, while Benson's fee was comparable to all of the other attorneys I met with, he was the only one who let me proceed with a payment plan. The fact that he was willing to work with me, meant a heck of a lot!

Literally the next day I called Benson to hire him as my primary attorney. It would prove to be one of the best decisions of my life. When you hire Benson, you not only hire him, but you hire his entire firm. There was never a problem of making sure our schedules matched, if he was not available at a certain time (and usually he will be available for you, but a busy lawyer is a good lawyer) then there would be another attorney (not law clerk or paralegal, but attorney) that would be available to help me like I was their own client.
When you are dealing with something like the criminal justice system, you want someone like Benson on your side. He is inarguably an extremely knowledgeable attorney who knows the system, knows people in the system, and he knows how the system works. In a time of constant street, every conversation I had with him had me feeling much calmer and more reassured. Every step of the way he was very honest with me about my situation, and FOUGHT for me. He gave me consistently good advice, and helped to keep me safe throughout the process.

One of the things I liked most about Benson and his firm is their mycase messaging system. Day or night I was able to message Benson, pay my bill, send or receive files, all on a secured system; this may have been one of the biggest sources of calm throughout my ordeal.

At the end of the day, Benson fighting for me is the reason why my case was NO BILLED, and I am in the process of seeking an expungement today.
If you're looking for an attorney, you could do no better than Benson, or really anyone in his law firm is a safe bet. While I really understand now why they say that "every case is different", at the beginning of my situation, I really thought that my life had come to a complete end, but now that I've come to the end, I still cannot believe that I am here. I believe choosing Benson as my attorney is the reason I'm free today.

One last piece of advice. If you are facing a criminal charge...if you have a God you pray to, use this time to get closer to Them and grow stronger in you spirituality. If you do not have a God, this may be a good time to find one. You will need them. Good luck to you, truly. Don't lose hope, don't drown in despair, you will make it through this.

Benson Varghese has approximately 250 5-star reviews on Google, and I once thought how could any attorney amass so much positive feedback, even pondered if the reviews might be fabrications. After a brief meeting with Benson, I hired him! He is very calm, congenial and soft-spoken, however, you do not want to be on the opposing side and square off with him. A local corrupt sheriff and county attorney filed dozens (literally) of false charges against me and it genuinely appeared that I would be going to jail for crimes I did not commit. Despite superficial "evidence" and vigorous prosecution, Benson believed in me and fought like I've never seen. His reviews are genuine and while I pray I will never need his services again, if I ever get into trouble again I can assure you he will be the first call I make. Like everyone else reviewing Mr. Varghese and his remarkable law firm, I cannot say enough positive things about him or his law firm.

Benson was very kind and caring the entire way through a very hard time for our family. His office was Always willing to help answer any questions and made me feel comfortable.

I was honored to have Mr. Benson Varghese personally represent. Mr. Varghese is amazing, and by that I mean he will always return your call, respond to your emails and be a compassionate and empathetic advocate. It's worth noting that we have not been to trial, as yet, but I have the utmost faith that he will do everything in his power to defend me against the false allegations filed against me.

Attorney Varghese and Attorney Thornton defense team was aggressive and persistent to focus on the facts and actions that were not properly addressed or respectfully requested. Defense team proved in trial and establish that evidence the state presented was not sufficient to say that beyond reasonable doubt I was guilty. This case definitely shows that having a badge does not justify justice. Maybe sometimes the badge is wrong or doing injustice. I was explained of the possible outcome and to be prepared for the worst. When the jury presented their verdict it was silence....”Not Guilty”.... and gradually resume now back to life with family.
