Dismissal of Disorderly Conduct

Back in 2015 i received a disorderly conduct citation in the Stockyard area. I did not know how to proceed and what to do. I searched through potential lawyers to represent myself. Mr. Fulgham came across my page and i decided he was the best fit. Upon our first meeting he was welcoming and made me feel at ease. He insured me that he would do everything in his power to get this resolved in my best interest. He was always a phone call away and he would reply to every email in a timely matter. Ultimately he was able to get my citation dismissed. He is a very professional individual who made me feel comfortable in this tense situation. I recommend him to anyone that is in need.

2nd degree felony dropped

From the beginning of the Consultation, with Brandon Fulgham and Jeff Hampton the legal advise they both provided was accurate. I was facing a second degree felony and they both said with confidents that I could get the charge dropped to a lesser offense or dismissed. I went ahead and made the decision to hire them. Couldn't Have Asked for Better Representation!

Brandon was awesome from the onset. He basically laid it out as what could realistically be the worse case scenario and then over delivered and knocked it out of the park! I was involved in a fight and he was able to get a full dismissal even though other party was willing to push the issue. This was evermore so critical in my case because I am military and it could have ended my career. I would highly recommend him!!! BTW, I am not posting my name because I am military and would not like for someone to unexpectedly find this and make an issue after the fact.

Excellent Criminal Attorney

Brandon is amazing!!!

Brandon represented me with a DWI and he was awsome. He always kept me up with everything that is going on and also got my DWI reduced down to Obstruction of Highway. I would highly recommend Brandon and his law firm to anyone.

Fulgham Law Firm

I can't really say enough about the folks at Fulgham Law Firm. I was arrested for a Felony DUI. When I first went to their office I was scared crazy, but after talking to Brandon, I felt like I was in a family members house. I was honest about what happen, and luckily my B.A.C came back under the legal limit. Brandon got my case "NO BILL". There not just after the money, Brandon & his team really to care about the people there representing.

Couldn't be happier!

Brandon was a great lawyer to have. He had kept me in the loop with everything, went over any questions/concerns I had, wrote back to every single e-mail that I sent him.
