Waste of money...no communication
I hired him for my son. I had regular emails with him - right up until he got his money. After he received the money, he was not returning wither mine or my son's emails. Replied last October 30, 2019Dianne, Thank you for your feedback. We can only imagine that – after the flurry of retaining a lawyer – the next steps seem slow and arduous. Since you don’t share your last name with us, we are making a calculated guess as to which case you are referring to. Our records indicate that you are likely the mother-in-law of one of our clients with whom we have been working since 2016. Because you are not listed on the release form as someone with whom we are authorized to speak, your frustration is understandable, but misdirected. We are prohibited from sharing any information with ANYONE not specifically listed on the authorization form. Our records also indicate that we have shared dozens upon dozens of emails back and forth with our client, his wife and the client’s father. Additionally, this case is still open, pending a response from the government. We value every one of our clients, and we are proud of our ability to keep in touch with our clients and those who are authorized by the client to receive information. We hope our response clears up any confusion.
