Kelly has been my attorney for the past 7 years. She represented my dad and now is working on my brother's case. Simply put she is honest. Going through a divorce has been the ultimate worst experience of my life. You should have to watch a divorce on video before you can get a marriage license. I'd say that'd cut it down by 90%. I don't like anything about the process and it has left a very bad taste in my mouth but I can get on with my life now and I really believe having a honest aggressive attorney makes it easier because I know I didn't get taken advantage of. Mediation was really a surprise to me because I thought all cases went to court and were heard by a judge. My daughter was given her own attorney and that really worked out and she didn't have to be in the court. I recommend my attorney because she cared about my child and kept me involved but also because I got what I needed to get on with my life. Still waiting on a prince but one more frog back on the street.

Miss Heitkamp was honest, brually honest. I didnt want that but I needed it. She was my attorney in a divorce. She was my third attorney and the only one that seemed to care. Told me things the others did not know or care to tell me. My divorce went on for over 2 years but she got it to trial in... a few months. I trust her but would not recommend her to anyone who is weak. She tells it like it is. Not cheap but worth it. She kept telling me you get what you pay for.
