She is quite possibly the best thing to ever happen to me and my daughter. I went to see her but didnt have the money to hire her. I was in court and the judge was going to take my daughter and give her to my lying exhusband who told the district attorney I had spanked her with a glass bottle and the...n beat her in the ear. He called cps on me tons of times. I had no lawyer and the da was telling the judge just what he said. Mrs. Heitkamp was in the courrtroom that day and I thank GOD almighty every day for that. She asked the judge if she could help me after she heard all this. He said yes. She stood beside me and gave answers to all the stuff the da had said. My child went home with me that day. She didnt charge me and the judge went on and on about how good she was to help and how it is attorneys like her that give them good names. I cant thank her enough but I pray to GOD each night to keep her safe and so does my daughter!
