Kelly Margaret Heitkamp

We have used Kelly Heitkamp's services twice in the last few years, and we recommend her highly. Our previous attorney was a doormat for the ex's lawyer, and really let us down more than once, so when we decided we needed someone with more skill, we looked at the reviews here and selected Kelly Heit...kamp. She is aggressive and commands respect in the courtroom - exactly what you need in tough situations.

We have this "review" going on now that I don't remember having in 2007. I would like to leave my review now because I am looking up her number for something else. First thing I remember is I got to court right on time.... don't do that... at least 15 minutes early. She gave me advice that I still r...emember. I'll keep that to myself. She is very good and a straight shooter and doesn't mess around. She easily took care of a huge problem. I was very happy with her services. My husband, Douglas, and I met with Kelly to see about him adopting my son as his own. She took our case and told us of the joys and the repercussions. She didn’t want us walking into a decision not being fully informed. She made sure every step was clear to us and always kept us informed with new in...formation along the way. She helped make my husbands dreams come true. She was an amazing blessing to our lives and couldn’t thank her enough.

Kelly works tirelessly for her clients. She was honest and upfront and prepared me the entire way about what to expect. She stood up for what was right and is a bull dog in the court room. My case was a long one that resulted in a day long hearing, but I walked out of there certain I got the best ...deal possible. She listened to me and took the time to understand my case completely. She was also very good with my child. I cannot say enough positive things about Kelly and would absolutely hire her for any issues going forward. If you want someone sweet and gentle, this may not be your girl. But if you want someone who cares about doing what is best and who is an absolute genius in court, hire her.
