She is one of seven attorneys interviewed to help my family. We selected Ms Heitkamp based upon her reputation in our community and her knowledge demonstrated during our many meetings. She has a very aggressive approach but we did not need to take that route because I feel the other attorney respec...ts her and therefore treated us with dignity. I would hire her again and will hire her when our grandchild gets older and is more verbal.

She knows the game. THIS IS A GAME! I knew I could trust her when she told me every step of what to expect and then it happened just like she said. My wife's lawyer didn't tell her anything. She was asking me what was happening each time we went to court. I leaned not to try and settle and to l...et my lawyer do it. I wasted time trying to get my wife to agree. She never did what she said. All of the talking and trusting just dragged it out and cost more money. I should have done what my lawyer said from the beginning. I trust my lawyer. I know I will hire her again when my kids get older and things get complicated or my X acts crazy. The address on this site is wrong.

Miss Heitkamp was honest, brually honest. I didnt want that but I needed it. She was my attorney in a divorce. She was my third attorney and the only one that seemed to care. Told me things the others did not know or care to tell me. My divorce went on for over 2 years but she got it to trial in... a few months. I trust her but would not recommend her to anyone who is weak. She tells it like it is. Not cheap but worth it. She kept telling me you get what you pay for. Don't get married but if you do hire her to get you out of it without losing your ****.
