Dump Truck

She knows the game. THIS IS A GAME! I knew I could trust her when she told me every step of what to expect and then it happened just like she said. My wife's lawyer didn't tell her anything. She was asking me what was happening each time we went to court. I leaned not to try and settle and to l...et my lawyer do it. I wasted time trying to get my wife to agree. She never did what she said. All of the talking and trusting just dragged it out and cost more money. I should have done what my lawyer said from the beginning. I trust my lawyer. I know I will hire her again when my kids get older and things get complicated or my X acts crazy. The address on this site is wrong.

Trustworthy and Dependable

It is clear she has experience in handling divorce and child custody cases. I hired her because my neighbor, an attorney, suggested her. She got back to me or had her staff give me a call. She made me feel comfortable, or at least protected, in a very uncomfortable situation. Unfortunately it loo...ks like we will be back in court either next year or so. I would hire her again. Her address is no longer on Methvin. She moved to Magrill in Longview.

Divorce must be your last option

I am overwhelmed with grief and remorse over the loss of my marriage. No person enters divorce lightly but if divorce is absolutely certain, a fair and strong attorney is an absolute necessity. It took me years to get to this point and even though it is now final, the reality of the end is sharp lik...e a knife. I know that it ended fairly and with respect. Other people in our position are not so lucky. I credit my attorney Kelly Heitkamp for this. I've been recommending her for years without having to use her services but then I found myself without other options. I will continue to recommend her.

Amazing attorney!!!!!!!!!

This is the forth time I hired Miss Heitkamp. We walked in to the court room and right out with my daughter. She is the only attorney who show up on time and the only one to talk the truth. My ex had been taking meth and we had them all tested. My child is safe because my lawyer dont just talk. ...This case still going but I have faith my lawyer is the ONE to hire. I dont have much but i have the one lawyer who cares. She is honest and dependible.

Personal attacks and children

I dont think a court room is the place to make personal attacks and force your child to choose a parent. I dont think a 9 year old should have to go through that or feel torn. The court system lets this go on and the attorneys have all of the power. Hate is a strong word but the system does not wo...rk. A child should not be forced into court. This last round was better because my attorney was helpful. She agreed my child was not emotionaly mature enough to be forced into this fight. The attorney for my child and his counselor worked with us. My goal, the only goal, is to keep my child focused on being a child. My attorney did that for me and I will always be grateful.
