My case was very very complicated.. after 2 years of unlawful presence in the US and going through lawyer after lawyer that could not find a way to help me, I found Rachel. She never gave up and kept looking for a way to guide us, today I'm a US citizen and tomorrow my 2 sons are taking their oath ceremony to acquire their citizenship too.
I can't say enough how grateful we are for finding Rachel!!

I contacted Ms. Giron because she was listed in the US Embassy, Philippines website as an attorney specializing in, among other areas, immigration and naturality laws. She was no longer in the Philippines, but I "googled" her and found her in Texas. So, I called, hoping she might still work part of the year in the Philippines. Even though this was not the case, she assisted me, based on her experience and knowledge, with several suggestions and ideas. In this case, it was my nephew-in-law, a US citizen, needing assistance acquiring US passports for his daughters, born in the Philippines. Without burdening me with information I already knew, she provided creative suggestions involving measures that I wasn't aware of that I could do in the US. She did not charge for any of the time she spent advising me over the phone or emails. I will follow through with her suggestions. In the meantime, I am glad I could express my appreciation for her assistance and generosity of her time and knowledge.

I engaged Ms. Giron with a detailed issue dealing with an edge case in Medicare law. She asked me the right questions to make sure she understood my situation. She quickly found the applicable regulations and explained to me how they applied in my case. I found her engaging and very helpful. I would have not hesitancy recommending her to a friend.

I would definitely recommend Rachel Giron. My husband and I had a very serious income tax issue. Rachel immediately put us at ease and made us feel comfortable with her knowledge and her desire to help us. She told us what she needed from us and then called and emailed on a timely basis to follow-up with us until we delivered what she needed from us. In addition to that, she kept us informed to her communications with the IRS in all matters. Rachel is a rarity, as far as I'm concerned, in that she is a caring, compassionate attorney, as well as an attorney who knows what needs to be done and knows how to get it done. I don't think I could have made it through this ordeal without Rachel leading the way.
