I am an experienced trial attorney with a wealth of courtroom experience. I have successfully fought for my clients' rights for the past 20 years. Every case is unique and important whether it involves a client with multimillion dollar injuries, a client who has suffered the pain and inconveniences common with an auto wreck, or a client charged with a serious misdemeanor of felony. My sole objective has always been to get the best possible result for each and every client based on the specifics of their situation. I have successfully represented clients in premise liability cases, product liability cases, dram shop cases, car wrecks, slip and fall cases, and on serious felony and misdemeanor charges. Great Defense Attorney!
Mr. Baggett is a great attorney! I did all the things I now know you aren't supposed to do when I got pulled over, but he still managed to get my DUI case dismissed.
