David is smart, tough, very responsive, a very able negotiator, and empathetic to his client’s interests. David diffused an emotionally charged situation with a Homeowner’s Associatio...n Board controlled by angry women who clearly made a wrong decision with which I did not agree. David very quickly and aptly negotiated a settlement with the HOA Board before the situation blew up into ugly litigation and became very unpleasant for the Board, all of the neighbors and myself.
