We stumbled upon Mr. Finn by a stroke of luck after none of the other attorneys (who advertise 24/7 service and speedy response time) would return our call. We were down to the line before the initial hearing, and we were desperate. I told my wife, “We don’t need Mr. Right. We need Mr. Right Now.” It... turned out that we got both in Mr. Finn. Mr. Finn had just left the courthouse, but he turned his car around to meet us there within the hour. After the initial hearing, he told us that he would meet with our son for about half an hour so he could get to know him and learn more of the details. Even though he was working on a full load of clients, we always felt like we were his only client, no joke. He never blew sunshine up our skirts – he calls them as he sees them, and that could be a bit depressing at times, but when he got excited and upbeat, we knew things were going our way. He is connected to all the right people and his clients get to benefit from that, plus his years of experience as both a judge and attorney. It also helps that he has a spunky paralegal who is full of spit and vinegar, and who knows how to get things done. We were extremely satisfied, and we would definitely come back for seconds, though we hope like hell that we will never need his services again – EVER.
