While ultimately deciding that I didn't have a case that was worth pursuing, Mr. Swartz took the time to review my situation and offer not only his professional opinion, but the references to support his opinion. It wasn't in my best interest to hire him this time, but he will be my first choice if ...
"I have known Adam for a number of years. We worked together on a couple of projects. I have always been impressed with Adam's tenacity and creativity when tackling problems."
"I knew Adam as our firm's intern before he was licensed and even then I knew he had a passion for the law. He wore many hats during law school and assisted the firm with many areas of law. Over the years I have seen Adam grow into an effective advocate and I would definitely recommend him for anyone needing assistance in the areas of consumer law."
"I endorse this lawyer. Adam is very knowledgeable in consumer law, he is my resource. Highly recommend him for all of your collection and or credit reporting issues."
"Mr. Swartz is a very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with attorney. I would gladly refer any clients to him who need assistance in the areas in which he specialized."
"I have worked in the past with Mr. Swartz and he has always exhibited professionalism and competency in his endeavors. I endorse Mr. Schwartz as an excellent attorney with a wealth of knowledge needed to practice in his areas of expertise."
"I endorse this lawyer. Adam is a terrific negotiator which is of the utmost importance in the legal field he is in. He is passionate and will fight tooth and nail for results."
"I have worked with Adam since he has been licensed to practice. He has demonstrated a competency in multiple practice areas that far exceeds a typical lawyer with his experience. I strongly endorse him for credit repair and debt settlement."
"I wholeheartedly endorse Adam. I have known Adam since 2010, and he consistently displays traits clients and other lawyer admire. He is a knowledgeable, highly skilled, and creative attorney. Recently, I had a client ask for assistance with a debt collections issue. However, as a family and business law attorney, I was unsure whether to accept the case. After much deliberating and research, I agreed to represent the client. On the morning of the hearing, I called and spoke with Adam to get some last minute advice to ensure I was not missing anything. Adam began rattling off case law and pointing to very specific issues that he felt I should address during the hearing. As a result of my discussions with Adam, I was able to get a dismissal on behalf of my client. I was thrilled and, obviously, my client was happy. If you are a client searching for an attorney, or if you are attorney needing insight on a similar issue, consider Adam Swartz."
"I had the pleasure of knowing Adam since law school. His work ethic is derived from his love of the law. He is passionate, smart, and personable. Hiring him brings peace of mind."
"I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer. I have known Adam since we started law school. I trust him and I have recommended him to friends and family without reservation."
