Amazing!!

During the fall of 2015, my stepdaughter’s mother accused me of hitting my step daughter, and I was accused of injury to a child. This claim was completely false, and I was distraught by the entire situation. This accusation not only affected my family, but it could have destroyed my career. I hired... Jim Burnham to represent me, and my case was sent to the grand jury. Jim Burnham made a phenomenal presentation on my behalf, which explained to the grand jurors why I was innocent. The grand jury no-billed the case after reading Jim Burnham’s presentation, and my case was dismissed. Jim Burnham stood by me throughout this stressful process, and I am grateful that I hired Jim Burnham. He’s a great lawyer.

Not just a lawyer, but a friend

Mr. Burnham will not only fight for you like no one else, but he understands the stress his clients go through. Unlike most lawyers, he tells you things black and white; he won't sugarcoat things. His demeanor is such that he is an advocate for you and is there for you as a lawyer and a friend.

Best Attorney ever!

Jim Burnham represented me when I was charged with a DWI. The first attorney that I hired filed a Motion To Suppress, but the judge denied his motion. Then I hired Jim Burnham and he filed a Motion To Suppress and the judge granted his motion. Because of Jim Burnham’s successful Motion To Suppress... my DWI case was dismissed. I had been involved in an accident and taken to the hospital where they proceeded to draw my blood without my permission to test for alcohol. Jim Burnham worked tirelessly to get my case dismissed. Jim Burnham was always available to answer my calls, and I always felt that he had my best interest in mind the whole time. This was a hard and stressful time in my life, and Jim made sure that I did not have to spend time worrying about my legal case. I have never regretted my decision to hire Jim Burnham as my attorney, and if anyone I know ever needs a lawyer, he is the first person I would recommend.

The Best There Is

When you are falsely accused of a crime that can ruin your life, you need the best attorney on the planet. I was charged with Assault Family Violence and faced with losing my 30 year career. Jim Burnham assured me that he could get my case dismissed and he did, within 90 days of my charge being filed...! He was kind and compassionate to me but tough as nails in representing me. Jim Burnham gets results!

Incredible attorney = incredible results

Jim Burnham was hired to represent me on a felony possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) after my previous counsel advised me to plead guilty to the felony. I did not want to plea guilty to a felony possession of a controlled substance, and I hired Jim Burnham to represent me.Jim's persistenc...e in my case showed me he cared and was devoted to my case. Jim worked hard and he had my felony case reduced to a misdemeanor. I was beyond grateful that Jim Burnham had my case reduced to a misdemeanor and he worked tirelessly to resolve my case. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jim Burnham to anyone who needs a criminal defense attorney. Jim does npt stop working on a case until he receives the best result.
