Dorothy Hyde

I had a horrible accident on December 31, 2018. I was going straight through a green light when a huge truck that was in the far right lane turned left when the light turned green across six lanes of traffic and t-boned me in the intersection. I MADE THE HORRIBLE MISTAKE OF HIRING DOROTHY HYDE AS MY ...ATTORNEY TO SETTLE THIS CASE. I HIRED HER 18 MONTHS AFTER THE ACCIDENT IN WHICH YOU HAVE TWO YEARS TO SETTLE THE CLAIM BY LAW IN THE STATE OF TEXAS. I PROVIDED HER FIRM AT LEAST 3 FT HIGH OF DOCUMENTS TO SUPPORT MY CASE THAT IT WAS CLEAR THAT I WAS NOT AT FAULT. I HAVE NEVER SPOKEN TO DOROTHY HYDE. AS OF TODAY, WHICH IS NOVEMBER THE 1ST, 2024 AND MY CASE IS STILL NOT SETTLED. AGAIN, MY ACCIDENT WAS DECEMBER 31, 1918!!! The accident is VERY CLEAR AS TO WHO WAS AT FAULT WHICH WAS THE BIG BLACK TRUCK THAT T-BONE ME WHILE I WAS GOING STRAIGHT THROUGH AN INTERSECTION. Dorothy Hyde still has not settled my automobile accident on December 31, 1998! I have never spoken with Dorothy Hyde. I should have settled this case on my own and I would have received plenty of money for pain and suffering that I went through on top of my car being damaged and will never be the same. DO NOT HIRE DOROTHY HYDE FOR YOUR ATTORNEY!!! YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED AND TRAPPED AS I AM. HER LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW NEEDS TO BE TAKEN AWAY SO NO ONE ELSE WILL GO THROUGH WHAT I HAVE BEEN THROUGH.

I signed a contract with her law firm after I rolled my ankle on a very badly designed sidewalk that was not marked. The city decided not to pay so her office said they would wait until the very last minute and then file a court case. Talked to them on April 26th and was assured that they would file ...the case before the 2 year statute of limitations ran out. Called today, May 30, To tell them that I was back in treatment because my ankle did not heal right and was informed that they had dropped my case. They said they mailed me a letter on May 6th to the wrong address even though I had given them our new address when we moved. They quit 13 days before the statute of limitations runs out. They called me a few times in the beginning and then dead silence. I kept calling to check on my case and was told over and over, it just takes time. The city refused to pay from the beginning. They should have just told me then that they were not going to follow through with the case instead of dragging along.

I AM WRITING ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER CLIENT THAT HAS BEEN REPRESENTED BY MS. HYDE OVER 2 YEARS NOW. EVERYONE THAT WAS INVOLVED IN THE WRECK HAS SEPERATE ATTORNEYS. MY FRIEND STILL HAS NOT GOT ANY COMPENSTATION BUT EVERYONE ESLE HAS GO FIGURES. HER STAFF UNPROFESSIONAL. I TOLD HIM/HER TO JUST FIRE THEM... BUT HIM/HER HAS HOPE IN THIS FIRM. LISTEN THIS IS NOT A FALSE COMMENT. BUT WE WERE ON GOOGLE AND SAW A REVIEW FROM 7 YEARS AGO FROM RODERICK LINNEAR. COME ON NOW HE IS HER ASSISTANT SO YEAH HE WOULD LEAVE SUCH A STRONG KIND REVIEW. SO THIS LET YALL KNOW THAT THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. WAKE UP PEOPLE. MY FRIEND SPOKE VERBALLY WITH MS. HYDE ONLY 1 TIME WHEN HE/SHE HIRED THEM AND NEVER AGAIN. MY FRIEND IS NOT BEING TREATED WELL AND I AM STANDING UP TO SHARE AWARENESS!!!!!!!
