Inconvenient
Met with Jeff, he said that the document signing was flexible and paperwork could even be emailed for signature. Horrible Experience
Yes he was asked to step in and finish a simple pending family estate. From the beginning nothing went the way he said it would. Then very simply he stopped returning all my calls and emails. I will never recommend him to anyone!!

Wouldn't Work or Communicate
I would NEVER recommend hiring Jeff Yates. Hired Jeff Yates for probate to correct what former attorneys messed up with malpractice. He claimed he would finish the estate properly then refused to return my calls and emails until I asked the Judge for help getting him to do anything regarding the esta...
Unfortunately I did not heed the advice that I give to the attorneys in my firm that you should be very cautious when a potential client has had 1 or more previous attorneys. After stepping in late in the case, I was able to facilitate an agreement, but the client refused to sign the documents pursuant to the agreement reached. I had no choice but to withdraw from representing the client. Since then she has negatively reviewed me, opposing counsel, her prior counsel and the Judge.
