Waste

In a hurry to take my case but as time went by no communication from them. I continued to call and t.hey informed me it was in demand. Waiting and waiting never heard. Called and was informed we need more info. then we can go to demand, they had already told me it was in demand. Gave them the addi...tional info and papers and waited. Contacted a couple of months later and was informed we cant take your case. Who got paid off. Do not use them.

I will do it again

Dorothy Hyde is an amazing woman, she really worked hard on getting me what I deserved. Her staff was nice and kept me updated as the file went on to its next stages. They answered all of my questions, and when it was all over and done with the final stages were seamless. I highly recommend her. She... will work hard for you!!!

HORRIBLE

If I could give this law office a negative star I would. Stay far away!!! there is no way the positive reviews are from actual clients. You never get to speak with the actual person working your case its always someone at the front desk and the only info they give you is that its in demand! I left m...essages with the receptionist and she would assure me every time that the lady working on my case would call me back and she NEVER did/does. I would have to constantly call them, I was always pleasant because I know how it is dealing with angry customers and I'm sure they deal with them all day but its extremely frustrating not having communication what so ever unless you call them. Once I closed my case I was told it would take 4-6weeks for the check to be received so 8 weeks later I call and the lady at the front desk told me that my case was still in demand! How was that possible when the case was closed and I was just waiting to receive my check? My sons case took an entire year when the only thing he did was go to the ER for a check the day of the wreck. Its a shame this company is still in business with the way run their business. STAY AWAY

Terrible!

I would never recommend this attorney to people I care about. She did not care about my recovery from my accident and told me to distance myself from the only doctor who was giving me any relief! Poor communication. Awful experience. Totally unprofessional.

Great Attorney!!!

Ms. Hyde fought for my case and won! She did a great job handling my case and her office always kept me informed of my case! I've recommended her family and friends!
