DEAR RANDY AND ROSA

Mr. Randy Isenberg, there are not enough ways or words to express my gratitude for everything that you and Rosa have done for me and my family. You took us by the hand and put every effort into my fathers case. Your main concern was that my 70 year old father did not spend time in jail for something... he did not do..and that is exactly what you accomplished....You are a true blessing to me. You became a friend, you became family! You earned our trust and I put my fathers life in your hands. Today my father walks a free man with his head held high. Mr. Isenberg got prosecutors to drop original charge, change the offense, reduced fine and probation time to something I have never seen done in my 10 years working with Dallas County Crimminal Courts! Rosa you always made yourself available to me no matter how many times I needed something, even when all I needed was to hear encouraging words. Thank You Randy and Rosa for a job well done! I am forever indebted to you.....

Worked hard on my case

THANK YOU!!! Mr. Isenberg and Rosa had been helping me in my case, They both worked very hard to get my felony offense down to a misdemeanor. I'd like to say thank you for your experience and diligence in regards to my case. I am very appreciative of all of your hard work and devotion to my case. I w...ill gladly recommend you to anyone I know who needs some legal help or advise." Thank you for really walking me through everything and helping me better understand my case since the beginning. You both kept me well informed.

HUH?

I have known and worked with Randall Isenberg for years and am certainly prejudiced toward him. It concerns me when I read a review that so doesn't match what I know and what I have experienced in my dealings with him. I particularly notice that the review says he can't find an EMAIL address for him ...when it is literally painted all over his web site.

Total waste of money.

Hired him back in 2011 for an evasion charge. Originally was going to go with the public defender, but somehow I thought you get what you pay for....... In this case I paid and got nothing. For 3,000$ he was only able to get me the exact plea the public defender was going to get me. He didn't even sh...ow up in court all three hearings a different one of his assistants came in. Think before you go blow a months salary on this guy!

Horrible Attorney

I was initially impressed with Mr. Isenberg because he called me on a Sunday afternoon after I had filled out an online request on his website. When I arrived at his office, there were 5 or 6 other people in the lobby. When I was called back to what I assumed to be a consultation with Mr. Isenberg,... several other people were also called back and each of us was "farmed out" to other assistants or associates offices. The associate that I spoke with asked a few questions regarding my case and then Mr. Isenberg made an appearance. He did not come in to speak with me about my case, he was there simply to tell me what his fee would be. His fee was outrageous. I tried to ask him some questions about my case and he seemed in a hurry and not interested in answering. After my "consultation" with the associate was over, I asked what she thought the outcome of my case might be. She informed me that it "wouldn't be good" (this was a DWI case). I was then ushered into an office to speak to a gentleman to try to figure out how I could pay the $10,000 fee. After I left, the only thing I could keep thinking was why in the world would I pay $10,000 to anybody for an outcome that wouldn't be good. It is my humble opinion that Mr. Isenberg is running a case mill and is more concerned with money than the well being and satisfaction of his clients. I would not recommend hiring him under any circumstance.

Teresa Murphy, AKA Tracy Murphy (DOB 4/21/1964) is the person who wrote the above review. She is a convicted felon who was on parole and facing a new felony offense of DWI 3rd or more. Her cases (the new felony charge and the inevitable parole violation) were complicated and would have required a great deal of time and skill to resolve favorably. She was facing going back to prison to serve the remainder of the sentence she was on parole for, as well as the enhanced punishment range of 2 to 20 years in prison and an optional $10,000 fine for the new felony DWI. That is the reason for the quoted fee of $10,000. I do not believe in telling people what they want to hear so that that they will hire my firm. I give my honest assessment of the facts that I have. In this particular incident, since there was only a consultation and no actual representation, I had no information beyond what the potential client relayed to my associate and me. Many of this person's questions were unanswerable at the time because the facts were unknown to me. As for her allegation that my practice is a "case mill", that is simply incorrect. I do have a thriving practice, and there are certain days that are busier than others, for example, Saturday mornings. However, I have two other attorneys, who are both knowledgeable and accomplished in their own right, who work for me. My office also consists of two legal assistants and a receptionist. We are busy because of the results we get. We are busy because we are good. I am sorry that this potential client felt the need to misrepresent the nature of our relationship; there was never an attorney/client relationship with this woman, and the substance of our interactions. I believe that my firm and I could have helped her get the best result possible given the situation in which she found herself.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
