I retained Mr. Isenberg after my arrest for DWI. I knew immediately I had made the right decision. His wealth of experience as a judge, prosecutor, and defense attorney meant that he understood every aspect of my situation, what would happen at every turn, and how to deal with issue in a profession...al and highly intelligent manner, consistent with understanding the judicial and prosecutorial elements of my case. My case resulted in a dismissal by the District Attorney after Mr. Isenberg effectively showed the court that my arrest did not demonstrate the elements of probable cause on behalf of the police. Following his presentation to the judge, she very carefully pieced the evidence together and arrived at a favorable decision for me.
