Unprofessional, Unprepared, and a Liability for Your Case -- DONT DO IT

From day 1 with Matt Scott -- he talked a 'big game' on his ability to resolve cases. Matt was litigation for my case and came as a recommendation from my pre-lit lawyer. On day 1 -- I smelled salt which I voiced to my pre-lit lawyer as a concern. He was sloppy. He did not communicate or edu...cate. I had no idea on next steps for my case. I had no strategy for my case. He did not review information. He did not show for my deposition. He did not put me in the agreed venue. He lied, on record. His own team said that he has had 'conflicts with his approach' to me at my deposition in fact. This guy -- is a legal issue on the worst of levels. I will also state -- that I found similar reviews to my complaint that I am submitting. I voiced these to Matt -- they were then removed. Is this Fraud?

Professional and protective

Matt is a great lawyer. After a face to face consultation he agreed to take my case which was settled through mediation and resolved very quickly. He communicated well and kept me informed of the process. He also protected me from unnecessary questions from my former employer, talked me through my... fears, and helped me recover damages quickly. He was extremely professional and kind as was his staff. Worked On Our Behalf

Appreciate the work on behalf of my daughter showing compassion and care for the immoral issue she encountered of sexual abuse from an employee in a company.
