Matt Scott -Professional, Honest and Straightforward

I initially had a face to face consultation with Matt and he agreed to take my case. He helped me through my unemployment appeal successfully. Matt settled my case against my former employer amicably through mediation. He kept me informed of the process and guideded me with professionalism and kin...dness. I sincerely appreciate Mr. Scott's help and I definitely recommend him!

Worked On Our Behalf

Appreciate the work on behalf of my daughter showing compassion and care for the immoral issue she encountered of sexual abuse from an employee in a company. Pursued legal action to the best as he could due to the restraints of the law. Received a settlement but could go no further. Thank you Matth...ew.

Matt Scott is One of the Best!

I was referred to Matt Scott from my other Attorney, First time I met Matt Scott in person was on the day of my mediation we had only talked through email prior, I was very surprised when Meeting Matt that day, he was recovering from having his Tonsils taken out and he STILL showed up!..Matt was ther...e for me 100% and was not going to let the fact that he could hardly talk Stop him from representing me!...Matt is a amazing Attorney, he takes his time and listens to you, you will not feel belittled, he communicates very well with his clients and will fight to get you what you deserve. He is honest, he will explain things in a way that you will understand, Yes he is a Attorney BUT he is also a human that is thankful for his clients. Thank you so Much Matt Scott, forever a blessing!

Very professional, handled settlement in timely manner

I was very pleased with Mr. Scott. He was very professional and understanding of my situation, and it was a complex situation. He was able to settle my case in a timely manner and I would definitely recommend him.

Unsatisfied

Mediocre at best. Matt did not take the time to listen to the full value of my case and put in MINIMAL effort with large commission fee. For a sexual harrassement lawyer he was insensitive. Would not recommend.

I am sorry that you feel this way. I previously asked that you call me so I could talk to you further about your issues and concerns, but you did not do that. As I explained during our intake meeting, unfortunately not every instance of sexual harassment is "actionable," meaning not every instance gives rise to a lawsuit. In your case, the company did what the law says it was supposed to do once you notified them of the harassment. I know that is frustrating to hear, but that is the way the law is set up. I am sorry I was not able to take your case, but I have to evaluate every case to determine whether I think we can prevail. In your situation, as I tried to explain to you, I did not think we could prevail.
