She represented us in 2009, during a very difficult, complex immigration situation. Had consulted 5 other lawyers [Wash DC, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Atlanta] before going to Ms. Martin. Other lawyers didn't have the patience to understand the details of the situation. They all told me, that there was no way out and it was a career breaking situation.
Ms. Martin, thoroughly listened to what we had say and asked specific fact finding questions and offered us the last straw of hope. She represented us and as told by others, it was not a career breaking situation. USCIS approved the petition. I can't explain the relief we got, from the timely help from Ms. Martin.
* She timely answered all out questions
* Kept us informed during the process
* Was very professional
* Cost wise, she was very reasonable
* Would recommend her to anyone, without reservations.
Thanks Ms. Martin.

Ms. Martin showed up an hour late to our inital meeting, we called her and she had forgotten about our meeting. When she sent us our paperwork to review, it was incorrect. It had to be redone because of typos and missing information. I had to re-type it. She sent us e-mails with an interest rate charging more money when there was a misunderstanding of cost. She was paid her full fee. Yet, she never showed up as agreed to our meeting with immigration. When we contacted her at a later date for more information regarding the changes that need to be made at two years for status change for immigration she never responded.

We were extremely pleased with Elaine Martin of Martin Immigration Law. In a situation that required both extreme promptness adn significant attention to detail, Elaine was always available adn quick to respond to questions whenever they arose. Her professionalism and pleasant personality made this experience headache free.
