Adrian responded to a legal question that I had posted on AVVO regarding money owed from an individual and what the steps that should be taken to file a suit against this person to get payment from the deadbeat. He was extremely helpful and offered good solid sound advice with a very calm by the book approach to show me the appropriate steps to win a successful suit in small claims court. I had a consultation face to face with Adrian and his associate in their office and immediately was sold on having them represent me in small claims court in order to make sure that I would win a judgment without a hiccup, especially since I was thinking about going pro se in Dallas County Courts.. (not a good idea,, I know) . After the initial free consultation, they provided me with an Engagement of Services agreement that lists all the specifics of what their law firm would do, could do and what guarantees they would provide. The agreement also listed in detail the legal fees and costs that I would be charged for representation. The fees were extremely reasonable and it was made clear that they would provide the most service to me at the lowest minimal cost possible to get the job done... Lastly, they provided me with a Lawyers Creed which outlined the lawyer's mandate for professionalism that they both would adhere to at all times... Going on now the 8th month of having them represent me and I can proudly say that I am very happy and grateful for their professionalism, their outstanding communication (via email, text, cell), and overall good rapport they have created with me to help me understand each step that is taken along in this crazy world of law and justice in the US.....
