Andrew Joseph Wooley

Andrew J. Wooley is a trial attorney serving clients throughout the DFW metroplex. He has worked in the personal injury industry for decades and handles catastrophic injury cases, wrongful death claims, trucking wrecks, and other serious personal injury matters. Over the course of his career, Mr. Wooley has obtained million-dollar results for his clients.

Before founding his own firm, Mr. Wooley worked at various personal injury law firms throughout Texas. After graduating from Texas Tech University School of Law, he joined an aggressive personal injury defense firm, where he gained valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims. That experience helped him realize that his true passion was advocating for individuals rather than insurance companies.

Frustrated by the way many insurance companies treat injured people, Mr. Wooley decided to start his own practice. Today, he is dedicated to helping individuals address, fight, and resolve their personal legal matters with confidence and care.

While in law school, Mr. Wooley clerked at the Texas Fourth Court of Appeals. During that time, he worked closely with judges and gained valuable insight into how courts analyze and decide cases. 

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Wooley enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid sports fan. Having grown up in San Antonio, he remains a loyal San Antonio Spurs fan, a commitment that has been tested since moving to Dallas. He also enjoys following the Texas Tech Red Raiders and playing basketball in local recreational leagues.
