I hired William as my attorney shortly after my DUI. I had a >.15 BAC. William handled all my court appearances and was clear about what I needed to do going forward and what his strategy would be to get the best outcome. He successfully negotiated as good a deal with the prosecutor’s office as I could have hoped for — for my first time, high BAC DUI, I only had to pay a fine. No jail time. No community service. I hired William Aron as my lawyer after I got my first DUI.. I had no idea about what to do and he lead me every step of the way. After the first consultation, (which was free) I knew that I wanted him to represent me. He went to court for me, and guided me through all of the steps I needed to take in order to get my record cleared. I am still in the process, but he has given me all of the info about where I needed to get my DUI classes finished; and how to enroll for the SWAP program as oppose to having to serve more time in jail. Bill was a very helpful, and very responsive. Whenever I had a question he would respond to me within the hour or less and provide actual assistance. He stayed in touch with me after every court date and made me feel as comfortable as possible (with a sense of humor!) Not only did he get the judge to lower my sentences, (because I had a BAC of way over .08,) but he was also able to get me a restricted license from the DMV. Overall, I am extremely glad that I had Bill by my side to guide me through all of the necessary steps I needed to take (since I really didn't even know what the steps were at first.) I made sure to follow all of the deadlines he mentioned to me, and has stayed on top of it all.. Bill is amazing and helpful in every way. I had a DUI charge in which my preliminary breath test and blood test were 0.087%, a borderline case but over the legal limit nevertheless. I was hoping for a reduction to a wet reckless but knew there was a small chance I could get the DUI conviction with sentencing on the minor end of the spectrum because the SLO county DA is known to be tough. The DA initially refused to reduce the DUI charge, so Mr. Aron called the DA's supervisor and got him and the judge to agree to a wet reckless charge. Somehow, Mr. Aron then got a further agreement on a reduction to a dry reckless charge as long as I attend a wet reckless class. This attorney has excellent connections with prosecutors and will put in the work for the best possible outcome. He was also very helpful in explaining my options when I needed clarification.

I've been arrested for 3 D.U.I.s and 2 Driving Suspendeds in California. I've been arrested for 2 D.U.I.s in Illinois. I just landed the best job I've ever had and without Bill, I would have lost it. I hired Mr. William Aron in 2016 for a really messy case in which I made some poor choices with an ex-girlfriend. My little knowledge of the law and poor circumstances led me to being charged with Stalking, a wobbler felony in the state of California. Me being 21 years old at the time and with my whole life ahead of, I had officially hit rock bottom at this point in my life and felt there was no way I could get out of this mess without either, A: serving time in prison, B: being a convicted felon for life, or C: both. It was at this point that I felt I needed legal consultation. I reached out to a family friend who was a divorce attorney and he recommended me to Mr. Aron. From the moment I met Mr. Aron, I felt a very calming presence from him, as well as confidence in handling the case. With a lot of push back from the victim, we ultimately had to settle for 5 years felony probation, with the option of it being terminated after 2 and my record being expunged. Here we are not even 2 years later, but a year and a half and Mr. Aron calls me to say he thinks we have a chance at getting it cleared even earlier! I was thrilled at this news. Sure enough, we went to court a couple more times and just like that, it was expunged and I was off probation. In conclusion, Mr. Aron is a very intelligent attorney and is a man of his word. When he says he will get something done, he gets it done. I have the upmost respect for Mr. Aron and I truly cannot thank him for enough for all he’s done for me. I highly reccomed his service if you are needing any sort of criminal defense.

I hired William Aron three years ago as my lawyer for my DUI case and he was great! Right away he made me feel like everything was going to be okay with his calm and personable demeanor. As my probation term was ending just a couple months ago, I realized I had not finished one of my requirements ordered by the court. I panicked and called William right away and again he told me he was going to take care of everything and that it'll be okay. I got a second chance by the court thanks to William and finished what I had to do and within weeks of wrapping everything up William even got my DUI expunged as well! Mr. Aron is a rare attorney that actually returns calls and communicates anytime you need him even day-of either by phone or email. He does his homework very well and is always prepared. He researched the needs I was looking for in a post-case matter and in regards to probation, he set a great plan in place in a matter of terms and conditions for probation.
