Biography
We help you get your parents' nursing home care paid for without losing their assets or your inheritance.
When the firm started, we focused on general estate planning needs, but as we grew we realized that seniors were being preyed upon and families were not getting the information they needed to make the best decisions for their parents' care. As a result, we began helping families discover how they were going to help cover their parents' long-term nursing home care in 2009.
Since then, we have collectively helped save our clients' millions dollars. It is never too early or too late to start planning - even if your parents are already in the nursing home or you have been told that they have too much money.
We also help people with their estate planning and probate needs. With estate planning we help make sure your Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and all the important health care documents are up to date and in place, keeping you in control when you can no longer be in control. With probate, we help you make sure your recently passed loved one's final wishes are followed.
