Wow where do I even start with David. I choose David because he is truly the best in town! I am not saying this, but evidence based research I conducted prior to hiring him says it. I did not see how great he was till our actual trial...he was on fire!! He shut down the prosecution (District Attorney...)!!! He left me speechless, the prosecution scrambling and the jury in awe. WITHOUT a trial, David as able to get my 2nd DWI charged DIMISSED with a plea to a much lessor charge that is also deferred and therefore will also NOT be on my record. He kept my license from every bein...g suspended and saved me thousands on surcharges to the state.

David was a pleasure to work with. Anytime I had a question I could easily get a hold of him. He always ensured that I never had to be at the courthouse any longer than I needed so that I could get back to work. I had a DUI on New Years Day of 2014.
