I came to David after I was charged with my 2nd DWI. My first I take full responsibility for yet, my 2nd was a struggle to come to terms with. Not just with the hurt and struggle of putting my family through the ordeal for another go around but truthfully knowing there is no way I could handle anothe...r 2 years of my life owed again and indebted to Collin County - it is in my personal opinion the worst county in the nation for the severity of this charge. He was upfront and honest from the beginning, off beat but the best. He told me straight forward, never projected false hope, and didn't make any promises yet, his demeanor, passion, and steadfast ways made me realize he was the perfect attorney to represent and take my case. He always took the time - it was hard to re watch tapes of the worst night of your life but you get your money's worth and learn a little along the way. I sincerely thank the lord and view this gift as an opportunity to share my story and not be another statistic yet, a role model in representation and show that the good still prevail and that you can get your life back. I made myself sick about going to trial yet, he literally kept me updated and I loved those random texts out of the blue with good news pertaining to my case. He dedicates his time to researching all factors and outlines the best defense.
