I hired Ms. Lucio to handle a Suit Affecting Parent-Child Relationship case with my ex who is the true definition of a dad beat dad. I looked at several other attorneys but Ms. Lucio's demeanor and attitude impressed me the most. Her fees were quite reasonable as well. As it turns out, I am very plea...sed with this decision. Ms. Lucio's knowledge of family law, her aggressive courtroom tactics, and her pure will to win have resulted in judgements in my favor. Recently, I had an Enforcement of Child Support hearing, in regards to my ex's failure to pay child support. It was such a pleasure witnessing Ms. Lucio expose the lies and wrongdoings of my ex in court. His primary defense was that he had an inability to pay. Ms. Lucio proved this false and he was found guilty of contempt on all counts of failure to pay child support. He was put on probation and now has to make regular payments, including arrears, fines, and reimburse me for my legal costs. She was also able to get his payments for my legal fees included with the child support payments. So, if he doesn't pay my legal fees, it violates his probation. I would certainly recommend Ms. Lucio to anyone in need of a strong, capable family law attorney. She will fight for you and do her absolute best to get you a win.

I met Julie Lucio when I was at court and I saw how she defended and protected one of her clients who wasn't even present at the time. I immediately contacted and hired her! She was very knowledgable but I loved that she carried her law book to use as a reference if needed. People told me that I wasn...'t going to be able to protect my child the way I saw fit but with God and her help, everything turned out better than expected! My ex pushed me around for a year and half. She would not let me my nearly enough. I tried to go see my son every single day and she just wouldn't me. 1/02/2011 Julie Lucio was the Lawyer who represented my case in a Dallas Court room. What a PRO Ms.Lucio was! Julie Lucio was so much more prepared and professional than the apposing counsel (whom client was bring a suite against me).
