I have waited to post this because I still struggle with getting the courage to cross my ex-husband and even still I’m using a different name. I haven't felt as satisfied as I was in trial after Julie handle my ex-husband. It is like all the things I've ever wanted to say but couldn't, were said. Eve...ry time I was cut down by him or couldn't find the words, it all came back on him at trial. I was brainwashed and didn't believe any one could handle him. I hired Ms. Lucio to handle a Suit Affecting Parent-Child Relationship case with my ex who is the true definition of a dad beat dad. I looked at several other attorneys but Ms. Lucio's demeanor and attitude impressed me the most. Her fees were quite reasonable as well. As it turns out, I am very plea...sed with this decision. Recently, I had an Enforcement of Child Support hearing, in regards to my ex's failure to pay child support. It was such a pleasure witnessing Ms. Lucio expose the lies and wrongdoings of my ex in court. His primary defense was that he had an inability to pay. Ms. Lucio proved this false and he was found guilty of contempt on all counts of failure to pay child support. He was put on probation and now has to make regular payments, including arrears, fines, and reimburse me for my legal costs. She was also able to get his payments for my legal fees included with the child support payments. So, if he doesn't pay my legal fees, it violates his probation. I would certainly recommend Ms. Lucio to anyone in need of a strong, capable family law attorney. She will fight for you and do her absolute best to get you a win.
