Was an excellent experience and I would recommend Mr. Davenport to anyone seeking an attorney to help with estates and probate situations. I was in Nebraska and he was in Texas handling my father's estate and it worked out great. Made a stressful situation of the death of my father a little easier.

Preparation of Estate Planning Documents

Mr. Davenport prepared my Last Will and Testament which directs how my estate will be distributed at my death. Additionally, Mr. Davenport prepared other estate planning documents for me including a Durable Power of Attorney, a Texas Medical Power of Attorney, a Directive to Physicians and Family and Final Disposition Authorization and Instructions. Mr. Davenport was very knowledgeable about estate planning and he prepared the documents according to my wishes in a very timely manner.
