Cheap, effective, and fast - don't go anywhere else!
I run a business in North Texas that lends itself to getting sued – a lot. I initially used several different attorneys in Collin and Dallas counties, but met Mr. Ray when he prosecuted me for a speeding ticket. During that process, I learned he spent most of his time doing civil litigation, so I gave him a try about a year later defending my next suit. Not only did he spend less than half of what any other attorney had ever charged me, but he helped me identify weak points in my insurance coverage and addressed business organization problems that could have left me wide open for personal liability. Both of those last two he did at no charge as part of the litigation case. I will never use a different attorney for cases in Texas. Mr. Ray gets five stars all day long from me. One of the other reviewers said Mr. Ray does not charge for every little call. That is absolutely true. I’ve called him about twice a month between cases for simple advice. These conversations last about ten minutes, and we’ve had at least 15 of them. Not only does he not bill me, he seems happy and eager to help. That kind of service is rare – especially from lawyers.

Good attorney. Honest
Daniel has done a couple of commercial real estate contracts for me and two or three business disputes. I think he did a great job. Seems to be good value for the money, very honest and kept me informed. I would recommend him for that type of work. If you are looking for a ranting kind of "give me lots of money and I will make the SOB pay" type of attorney he is probably not for you. Always offers suggestions to save me money and avoid risk. I like that in a lawyer.

Excellent Attorney Very Knowledgeable
I was being sued by a insurance company. Daniel Ray took the time to explain all my options and the associated cost of each option. He explained what he thought would be my best option and why. He was able to answer all my questions immediately. Daniel reviewed all the court filings for the lawsuit and quickly realized there were numerous problems in the filing of the lawsuit. He contacted the attorney for the insurance company and was able to get the case completely dismissed. I strongly recommend Daniel Ray for any legal issues.

Knowlegeable and Kind
I found an article on the Herald Banner written by Mr. Ray in 2012. I emailed him for information on specific statutes and he responded to my question and follow up questions promptly and completely. I am so grateful for his kindness in sharing his wealth of information.

Don
I hired this attorney to draft a Will and Power of Attorney for me about a year ago, and he did it quickly and far cheaper than attorneys I got quotes from. Since then, I've called him three times and asked other simple legal questions related to employees working for my business and related to the Texas Franchise Tax. Each time, he gave me an answer on the phone immediately and free of charge, and saved me tons of money that my other attorney would have charged. I'll definitely be using him again in the future.

Best lawyer in town
I used Mr. Ray for two cases so far, both of which were complicated corporate defense cases. He is one of the younger attorneys in town, but seems to far outstrip all of the other attorneys I have used. He got the job done right on both cases and charged less than any other lawyer I have ever used - not because his rates are lower but becuase he didn't bill an hour for every little call. He also kept me up-to-date during the entire process. I can't reccomend him enough.
