April Dawn Nordhaus

A few months ago my husband and I decided it was time to have our wills redone. We had them prepared about 10 year ago but a lot has happened in our lives since then. I was very nervous about putting our future in someone’s hand…but I couldn’t have found a better person that April Nordhaus to take ca...re of all our needs and worries. She listened to want we want and made us both feel completely comfortable in letting her guide us thru this prossess. I would refer to her to everyone I know. a year or so ago i needed to get my will and family trust updated. In order for my family to have no problems or hassles in case of my death. it's very complicated and i need someone who not only i felt competent in and comfortable working with but wanted someone i knew that my wife and family would... feel absolutlely like they were in good hands. i know thats was alot to ask for because i have had to work with lots of lawyers over the years none of which i wanted to handle this important and private family matter. About a year or so ago i happened to be looking thruogh a Forbes Magazine and they had a list of lawyers that did just that, but they only named 8 that they would reccomend in the state of Texas. I read the bio's and i just knew that April Nordhaus was the one to do it. i made and appointment and went to her office in Mckinney and i am so glad i did. She was very professional, attentive to my needs and extremly helpful in doing everything i needed to have done. i highly recommend her to all my friends and business associates. So if you are looking for someone you can trust i highly reccoment you go see her. Because i know if something happens to me, my family will be in the best of hands.

Great initial engagement but no follow up. I can understand that my biz may be a low priority or too small, but April personally lead me on with an aggressive sales pitch over a couple of conversations & then abruptly went completely silent without notice. No response to my follow up inquiries. Profe...ssional courtesy lacking here. I'm apparently not worth your time but you have no issue wasting mine, huh? --mike
