Gene Tsukasa Sera

Back in January I found myself in the custody of the Collin County Jail. I was very concerned and really had no way to get out of jail because I had just moved here a few months prior and knew no one!! I was provided a court appointed attorney named Gene Sera. When Gene came to visit me he asked me... thorough questions about my case and situation. He discussed what I may be facing and what steps we should take to properly address my cases. He made numerous calls to try to get me out of jail , went above and beyond doing so and due to his hard work and efforts, I was finally released. Gene made me feel comfortable from the moment I met him. I had never been in a situation like this before and Gene took charge of the entire process. I had been charged with a DUI even though my blood alcohol level was .058 versus the legal limit of .083. Gene convinced the DA to reduce the charges t...o Highway Obstruction which saved me lots of money in fines/fees and it also saved me from the stigma of being a DUI offender! Only one negative which was not Gene's fault in that I have to be on probation for 15 months when my blood alcohol level was only 70% of the legal limit.

Gene is a great criminal attorney. He was able to get me into the pre=triak deversion program which upon completion of a 12 month program I will have the charges dismissed. This is the very best outcome one could hope for.
