An unexpected hero

Gene was court appointed to me on a marijuana charge in which he was always there for me with answers to my questions and eventually got the charge dropped to a class c misdemeanor. Later I had another charge in which my attorney did not really seem to care at all. Gene answered my calls and gave me ...advice and support without me paying him anything. He absolutely made my mistakes in life manageable and gave me the comfort to do what I had to do to make my life better while he walked with me through it. I cannot say enough about the integrity of this man and the things he has done in my life.

Highly Recommended

Recently, I had to experience something most people should never have to go through. I was arrested and taken to jail for possession of Marijuana. I contacted some attorney’s and was fortunate to have met Mr. Sera. Gene spoke to me in a clear and simple manner. He was thorough in asking me detai...ls about my case and subsequently reviewed the DA’s files. He also explained what I might be facing, my chances in trial and what we could do to get the best possible outcome. Thanks to his hard work and experience, it appears my case will be dismissed. I have been very comfortable talking to Gene about my case because he has always shown concern. He answered all of my questions and relieved me of any of my fears or anxieties. He always told me what was going on with my case and never failed to answer my questions. If he has been busy, he has not failed to call me back. Mr. Sera’s professionalism is exemplary and I would hesitate to recommend him.
