Delivered on his committments

We needed an attorney to address an issue my son was facing and we needed help quickly. Gene was available via phone after hours and told us exactly what to expect. He appeared with my son in court the next morning and delivered precisely what he told us he would. Highly recommend!

Gene really, really helped me get through my situation. I believe we got the best outcome we could have for what I had against me. We dropped 4-5 probation to 2 years and dropped 5 cases down to 1. Even if we was busy in a court room and couldn't answer my calls he would send texts or call back as so...on as possible. Always on time and always explained everything to me as many times as I needed. Really great lawyer. Also, he got my property back for me! :D

Great Attorney

Gene really helped us out in a jam and he was there with no delays and got it worked out! If we ever need another attorney we would go back to him!

An Awesome Lawyer, Definately one to have on your side!!

Back in January I found myself in the custody of the Collin County Jail. I was very concerned and really had no way to get out of jail because I had just moved here a few months prior and knew no one!! I was provided a court appointed attorney named Gene Sera. When Gene came to visit me he asked me... thorough questions about my case and situation. He discussed what I may be facing and what steps we should take to properly address my cases. He made numerous calls to try to get me out of jail , went above and beyond doing so and due to his hard work and efforts, I was finally released. Gene has always demonstrated concern for my situation and addressed all of my fears and anxieties as well as communicating with me on a regular basis. Mr. Sera has never failed to answer my questions and has always been willing to talk. When he has been busy, he has not failed to call me back promptly. I was highly pleased with Mr. Sera’s service and professionalism and I would definitely recommend him to potential clients!!!
