I must say that I'm please with how Gene Sera and his assistant Debbie handle my DWI case. He gave me hope to know that he was not an attorney who wanted to get paid but an attorney who wanted to fight for you. It's hard to find a good attorney who are affordable and who would fight for you at the s...ame time. Very professional and helpful in guiding me through this difficult and frustrating time. I was arrested for domestic violence charges and Gene helped me get the bail on same day (Sunday). The strange thing about the arrest is that I called the cops to inform them about the domestic disturbance at my home. I was arrested wrongfully and Gene made sure to take care of the case. The case was... never filed by DA's office though. Through out the process, Gene was very helpful and gave me the moral & legal support when needed.
