Great to work with!

Very VERY helpful in walking us through and explaining every step of bonding my brother out! He gave us tons of information on the DWI case and we can not say enough positive things about our experience working with him!

Gene T Sera review

Gene made me feel comfortable from the moment I met him. I had never been in a situation like this before and Gene took charge of the entire process. I had been charged with a DUI even though my blood alcohol level was .058 versus the legal limit of .083. Gene convinced the DA to reduce the charges t...o Highway Obstruction which saved me lots of money in fines/fees and it also saved me from the stigma of being a DUI offender! Only one negative which was not Gene's fault in that I have to be on probation for 15 months when my blood alcohol level was only 70% of the legal limit.

Would recommend to anyone!

I met Mr. Sera at the Denton County court house after I spoke with the DA, that was offering me 6 months in jail. I noticed how he handled one of his clients that day. I caught up with him in the parking lot, told him my story and he said he could help! I spent a few days in Work Release and paid ...less than a thousand in court costs on a DUI 2nd thanks to Mr. Sera! I would say that I am more than thankful for his representation and helping to understand what was to expect though-out the process.
