Call Gene Sera!

Gene is a great lawyer. Got me out of a jam and didnt empty my bank account! I would recommend him to all friends and family!!

Dependable, Honest, Trustworthy

I have known and worked with Gene for about 5 years. His advice has always been solid and sound. He doesn't try to sugar-coat the facts even if the client would prefer it. I trust his advice, and will continue to do so. If you are looking for someone to represent you well and truly, you can't go ...wrong in Gene Sera.

Gene did a good job of following up with the ADA and me. Persistence won I and the charges were dismissed.

Gene T Sera review

Gene made me feel comfortable from the moment I met him. I had never been in a situation like this before and Gene took charge of the entire process. I had been charged with a DUI even though my blood alcohol level was .058 versus the legal limit of .083. Gene convinced the DA to reduce the charges t...o Highway Obstruction which saved me lots of money in fines/fees and it also saved me from the stigma of being a DUI offender! Only one negative which was not Gene's fault in that I have to be on probation for 15 months when my blood alcohol level was only 70% of the legal limit.

Excellent Attorney

Gene is a very good lawyer. He listens and really advises you on the best course of action no matter what the situation. He is thorough and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with a legal matter. There is no doubt you can count on Gene to do a great job. We will continue to use h...im if the need arises.
