Great Family Law Attorney

Linda handled my divorce and custody case. Her representation could not have been better. Yes, she is busy but do you really want a lawy who is not. But she did return all of my phone calls promptly and answered all of my questions completely. She was understanding and caring. I really could not ...have hired better counsel. I wonder if the other "reviews" are from clients who did not pay thier bills in the end or some other beef. Probably so because I could not have wanted any better.

She'll educate you, fight for you, and calm you down when your fixing to loose it! She does it all!

I'm currently using Mrs. Risinger in a very important custody case, involving my four children. Linda is over 300 miles away from me, and has kept me informed regularly on the progression of my case. She has answered all of my phone calls, if she hasn't been available; she returned my phone call prom...ptly. With so much distance between her and I, I I have had to put full trust in her to make decisions that I’m not there to make myself, she has not neglected my trust and I am indebted and thankful. If you are looking for an attorney to put faith into, Linda is the lady to turn to. I don’t feel like I need to call her everyday to make sure she is doing her job, she just proves herself well in court. She has already represented me for one hearing, and she did great! She listened and understood everything I had to say concerning my x spouse and made our point in court. There is a likelihood I may have to appear in court again, and I’m comfortable knowing that I have chosen an exceptional, intelligent and professional lawyer to represent me.

I Agree

I wholeheartedly agree with the other review that critiqued Linda's follow through. She does not return calls and does not address issues to anything close to a timely manner (my issue was not super urgent, but had it been I would have been in a bind w/ her). I'm not sure if she's spread too thin o...r in court all day, but that's not my issue; she should not take cases if she cannot give them the attention they deserve. Once I started a project w/ her I was dissatisfied w/ her pace but you are already invested at that point. So, my rec is don't invest w/ her in the first place.

The worst representation possible…

I don’t think she is intentionally malicious; she just does not follow through. (I wonder what could cause someone to sound fine and involved one day and then disappear for a week???) So things that are life and death to you and me are just everyday things that are forgotten by Linda. Unfortunat...ely, the end result of her “client neglect” is shattered lives and tremendous amounts of lost time, money and years of regret!
