Biography
David Scott Snellings was born in Lubbock, Texas, and moved to Plano at the age of three. There, he attended Plano schools and played football for Plano East Senior High School. While studying at Baylor University with intentions of becoming a medical doctor, a pivotal internship revealed his real passion for law, leading him to Baylor University School of Law. Scott thrived in law school, participating in the Baylor Law Review, Order of the Barristers, and Abner McCall chapter of the Inns of Court. After graduation, he joined the esteemed firm of Hartline, Dacus, Barger, Dreyer & Kern, L.L.P., working with top trial attorneys and focusing on defending personal injury and product defect claims.
In 2008, Scott co-founded a personal injury law firm in McKinney, TX, where he shifted to representing injured victims and their families. His work included handling cases involving moderate to catastrophic injuries and wrongful deaths. These experiences fueled his ambition to establish Snellings Law PLLC, with a mission to deliver outstanding client service. Scott is dedicated to involving clients in the process, ensuring access to essential medical treatment, and providing relentless legal representation at every stage of their case.
