Our client's vehicle had no measurable damages. The only documented treatment our client received was chiropractic, and he first received the treatment starting 24 days after the crash. His total medical bills were $4,959.00. Defendant Jones denied liability as well as damages. Verdict 17.5 times what State Farm offered.
