GEORGE A. BOLL

Mr. Boll is a founding partner and President of the firm. He is a board certified personal injury trial attorney with over 26 years of trial experience. Mr. Boll has successfully litigated and tried cases throughout Texas in both state and federal courts obtaining millions of dollars in compensation for clients as a result of both jury verdicts and settlements. Supportive, Effective and Professional
My daughter hired George for her personal injury auto accident where she was injured by the other driver who was at fault. From the first day we met George he was kind, concerned, and supportive of her. He was very clear to us on the process throughout the whole experience and he was also very patient, spending as much time with us as needed to answer all of our questions. He was very proactive in dealing with the 3rd parties and always kept us informed so we didn't have to follow up. George and his staff are very professional and we were happy with the settlement he achieved for her. He turned what could have been an intimidating and stressful process into a pleasant and professional experience, in which it was evident that his care and concern for my daughter's well being was his foremost objective. I highly recommend him.

George and his staff are very professional and have a tenacious attitude toward their work. He handled a personal injury case for my wife and I. The process took longer than expected but my wife and I were always informed timely. We felt involved in the case without feeling that we were getting in the way of George making progress toward the ultimate resolution. Could not have asked for more
Hired George off the recommendation of a previous employee who worked in his office. I'm glad she recommended him, I had no idea where to start looking and George turned out to be a wonderful attorney. He explained every procedure when it came along and made sure we knew what to expect and how to be prepared. He worked very well on our behalf to be as prepared as possible to "fight" the company we were suing and our settlement turned out great. I told him he turned a horrible situation in our lives into a somewhat positive memory. I couldn't have been happier choosing him, and his staff, especially Michelle, are awesome as well.

A great experience!
My case was transferred to Mr. Boll based on a recommendation from an out-of-state attorney. From the onset, Mr. Boll handled every aspect of the case in order to assure that I would be taken care of. The insurance company we were dealing with attempted to take advantage of me since I originally did not have an in-state attorney. However, once Mr. Boll became my representative, the insurance company's attitude changed and they were very receptive to moving toward a settlement. I could not be more happier with the outcome. I always knew what to expect throughout the whole process. I recommend Mr. Boll to everyone.

George Boll is the go-to attorney
Hiring Mr. Boll to represent me for my auto case was a fantastic decision. He was very responsive and always kept me informed of where the case stood. He was not afraid to take my case to trial when the other insurance company would not take responsibility for the car accident. He has great experience and is very professional but can also relate to you on a personal level as well. When you hire an attorney, you want to make sure you get someone who will hold your best interests in the highest regard, and George Boll definitely does that.

Took care of our family - never let up until we got what we were entitled to
Our family has a son with autism. It's difficult enough having to deal with the everyday issues that his disorder presents for us, so when the insurance company suddenly stopped paying our medical bills for him, our problems increased exponentially. We filed complaints with the Texas Department of Insurance, issued disputes with the insurance company, but in the end, were told that we were out of luck - they refused to cover what the law specified that we were entitled to. They felt that we should be treated by a less expensive provider, and yet they had none to offer in the area with the services he needed. After searching extensively for an attorney, George spoke to us about what he could do. As a family man himself, George understood and sympathized with our situation. Through a series of phone calls and letters with the insurance company, he was able to get them to not only cover our son, but to pay the back payments that we had paid out of pocket while waiting for this decision. He knew when to play hardball with them, and when to give them a little room. Knowing the system as well as he did gave us a way to maximize our settlement, while minimizing expenses. In addition, because of George, the insurance company moved forward and made the facility and services our son was receiving an "in-network" offering. This helped to benefit not only our family, but many other families as well. George handled it with the utmost expertise, as well as a compassionate demeanor. I would highly recommend him for any situation, as you will find that he does not just bill hours for very little work. He is diligent, responsive, and hard-working, and will make the best of any situation.
